The Senior Pre-construction Manager is responsible for leading the preconstruction cost estimating of large-scale land development sites and distinct product types of various customers. This role will work closely with our construction management partners to stay abreast of cost trends, develop a database of current costs in various markets, and provide cost estimates to development teams to be utilized in long range capital planning and sales negotiations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership skills, advanced analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive proficiency in construction contract documents and financial software tools.
