Job summary

Cooley LLP is seeking a senior professional to lead a data-driven innovation adoption framework within the firm. You will plan pilots, manage launches, and collaborate with Strategy, Innovation Counsel, and internal teams to drive adoption of legal technology across practice areas.

You will mentor direct reports, develop ROI-focused case studies, and ensure staffing coverage aligns with firm hours. This role targets experienced specialists in legal tech adoption and change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of directly applicable experience in legal services, product delivery, change management, customer success, or adoption strategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and other firm applications after orientation.
• Experience driving adoption of legal tech or enterprise tools in a complex environment.
• Advanced knowledge of the workflows and core needs of practicing lawyers.

Responsibilities
