ms consultants, inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer with deep water and wastewater expertise to join our Ohio water team. The hybrid role supports offices in Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron and focuses on design, optimization, and sustainability of water infrastructure.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate across disciplines to meet client needs and regulatory standards, while contributing to proposal development and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License.
• Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software preferred.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to water and wastewater projects across diverse client groups.
• Provide technical leadership, design expertise, and peer review on multidisciplinary projects.
• Support proposal development, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.

Are you a seasoned engineer driven to make a meaningful impact on communities and the environment? ms is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer with deep water/wastewater industry knowledge to join our growing water team. This position is a hybrid role and can be based out of one of our Ohio offices in either Columbus, Youngstown, Cleveland or Akron, Ohio.

As a senior member of our water business unit, you will lead and contribute to impactful projects that design, enhance, and sustain water and wastewater infrastructure for diverse public and private clients. As a Senior Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a broad range of project types, supporting quality delivery and client satisfaction. Your role will also include project leadership, quality control, technical review, task management, and support in proposal development, depending on your experience and interests.
