Qualifications

• 3-6 years in public relations and integrated communications.
• Experience with spirits, food and non-alc beverages, design, home and lifestyle brands.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing strategic communications programs with media relations at the core.
• Strong media relations skills aligned with client objectives.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Deep relationships with major national and NY media outlets.
• Ability to communicate with senior staff and clients on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day account direction and oversight for ongoing media relations to achieve client goals.
• Develop and execute strategic communications programs with a focus on media outreach.
