Job summary

Braintrust Agency in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead media relations, strategy, and client success across travel, hospitality, retail, non-profit and professional services accounts.

You'll develop PR campaigns, maintain media relationships, mentor junior staff, and drive new business while translating client goals into compelling storytelling and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of public relations experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, entertainment, healthcare, or professional services sectors.
• Knowledge of Muck Rack or similar media management platforms.
• Strong existing relationships with local, regional, and national media.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage public relations campaigns and strategies to enhance client visibility and engagement across multiple accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests related to media, imagery, and PR deliverables, providing exceptional service on every call and in every meeting.
• Write, edit, and proofread press releases, pitches, and other materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Cultivate and maintain strong media relationships within client industries to amplify brand messaging and reach.
• Organize and manage press conferences, media events, and other PR activations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and spokesperson during crises, providing timely and transparent communication to stakeholders.
