We are seeking an Account Director to act as the primary client lead, guide account teams, and drive media-focused strategies and results across multiple industries. This role emphasizes leadership, strong writing, and mentorship within a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, journalism or similar area.
• 6+ years in-house or agency PR experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful media results.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and focus on setting and managing to a high bar.
• A creative mindset and brilliant writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client lead and day-to-day lead on account teams.
• Lead the development of informed and targeted media plans and campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Drive media results through outreach and creative story ideation.
• Produce and/or edit written content.
• Lead and deliver client presentations and reporting.
