RideNow Jacksonville is seeking a highly skilled Powersports Technician to join a fast-paced, multi-line OEM dealership. The role requires diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft with attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a powersports technician, A-Level or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic skills across electrical, fuel injection, and engine systems.
• Experience with multiple OEM brands (metric motorcycles, off-road, watercraft).
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical service information.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on powersports vehicles across brands.
• Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, fuel, suspension, and driveline components.
• Meet flat-rate time standards and document repairs and parts usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with service advisors and parts to ensure workflow and mentor junior techs.
