Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on PowerBuilder development experience, including production support of legacy applications.
• Strong experience maintaining and troubleshooting existing PowerBuilder applications.
• Advanced knowledge of DataWindows, including Retrieval and update logic, Computed columns, Nested and composite DataWindows.
• Strong PowerScript skills, including event-driven logic and object inheritance involving windows, menus, and user objects.
• Demonstrated ability to debug undocumented or unfamiliar codebases and determine system behavior directly from existing code.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to analyze and tune queries embedded in DataWindows.
• Experience with Oracle databases or the ability to quickly become proficient with the application’s database environment.
• Experience troubleshooting application interfaces and data-processing issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly document technical findings, changes, risks, and deployment procedures.

Responsibilities
