Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Completion of formalized credit training program.
  • 7+ years of related portfolio management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Underwrite and close broadly syndicated, complex commercial loans.
  • Provide credit recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration.
  • Review loan documentation in consultation with legal counsel.
  • Manage risk by monitoring credit worthiness and loan terms.
  • Oversee annual reviews, renewals, portfolio reviews and reporting.
  • Assist in optimizing customer relationships with Relationship Managers and Treasury Management.
