Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of experience, or associate's degree with 5+ years experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience required.
• Successful completion of the TECH Test or exemption with a relevant degree.
• Demonstrated ability to direct crews in maintenance or commissioning activities.
• Testing positions require experience using the OJE process for distribution automation systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field testing activities on electrical and electronic equipment.
• Evaluate and implement new testing equipment and designs.
• Provide training to engineers and technicians on testing practices.
• Support engineering projects and manage multiple small projects.
• Assist in restoration of malfunctioning distribution equipment.
