Job summary

Olsson is hiring a Senior Power Systems Engineer to work on projects for major technology companies and critical clients. You will perform design calculations, prepare technical reports, and conduct short circuit and arc flash studies.

Expect collaboration with multiple Olsson teams and potential travel to client sites. Applicants should have a PE license, a BSEE, 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, and familiarity with SKM/ETAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of related electrical engineering experience.
• Experience with Short Circuit Coordination and Arc Flash Study (SCCAF).
• Registered professional engineer (PE) required.
• SKM and ETAP software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents.
• Perform short circuit analysis and arc flash studies.
• Coordinate with Olsson teams, professional staff, and clients.
• Travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings as needed.
