Job summary

Atwell, LLC is expanding its Power & Energy team in Chicago, IL, seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer. This role involves leading interconnection and power system studies for utility-scale renewable projects, and requires strong technical skills and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Strong experience supporting interconnection studies and power systems analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO/RTO processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection and power system studies for renewable projects.
• Prepare and review technical deliverables including study reports.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, grid codes, and standards.
