You will conduct power flow, dynamic stability, and fault studies using PSS/E, ETAP, and PSCAD, while preparing detailed study reports and coordinating with clients.

The role requires a PE license or eligibility, 7+ years of experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Minimum of 7 years in electrical engineering with a focus on power systems.
• Experience with power system studies and industry software.
• Familiarity with codes, safety standards, and protection settings.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems and components with a focus on power systems.
• Conduct power system studies (flow, transient, short circuit, harmonic) and use tools like PSS/E/ETAP.
• Prepare comprehensive study reports and present results to clients.
• Collaborate with engineers and manage project scope, time, and budget.
• Provide technical guidance and support during business development and proposals.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training.
