Job summary

You will interpret equations, validate performance, and ensure adherence to ERP and quality standards while collaborating in an international Rolls-Royce environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus 5 years’ experience in engineering or 9 years engineering experience
• Experience with automotive, power generation, or energy storage systems is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage product design and development for new or existing products
• Specify, size, and select subsystem components for power systems designs according to Engineering Guidelines
• Select design concepts and technologies for new products or improvements
• Test and validate top-level and sub-level power system components
• Review and verify product performance via testing
• Assess reliability performance versus requirements
• Analyze proposals to justify expenditures
• Follow ERP and quality procedures and promote compliance
• Perform special projects as required
