Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Power System Planning & Study Engineer to join their Power Delivery team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves coordinating and developing power system planning studies and performing various analyses for clients across North America.

This is a technical position within the Power Delivery unit. The role consists of coordinating and developing the Power System Planning & Study team, and performing HVAC and/or HVDC planning/feasibility studies, interconnection studies, transient studies and systems analysis investigations for clients in North America and globally. The incumbent will work closely with other Power Delivery & Renewables departments—including Substation Engineering, Transmission Engineering, Protection & Control Engineering, and Renewables teams—as well as other Arcadis divisions on related system studies and sector master plans.
We are seeking an individual with a strong team‑player mindset and excellent communication skills. The role may involve travel of up to 25% to client sites and customer meetings within North America and potentially internationally.

Actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
