A leading engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Civil Engineer to provide technical leadership on Power sector projects. This role involves project management, technical leadership, and teamwork on multi-discipline projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This position requires strong communication skills and ability to establish client relationships, contributing to innovative solutions for engineering compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years prior experience in a similar role required.
• Professional Licensure (P.E.) in NC, SC, VA, WV, MD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sr. Project Manager or Project Technical Lead for Power Sector engineering projects.
• Plan, organize, and manage the production of project deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for projects in Virginia and occasionally elsewhere in the Mid-Atlantic US.
• Work with junior engineers on hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, design calculations, and reports.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams.
