Job summary

Innosoft Corporation is seeking a Senior Power Platform engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Microsoft Power Platform solutions for Maryland MDOT enterprise applications. You will lead governance, security, and integration work across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.

Role requires 8+ years in enterprise software with 4–6 years in Power Platform, Azure integrations, and API exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/engineering or five years of related experience (Master’s preferred).
• Eight+ years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
• Four to six years Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, APIs and enterprise data sources.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
• Implement governance, security and compliance controls aligned with policies and best practices.
• Develop reusable components, connectors, plugins, and APIs for reuse across enterprise initiatives.
• Manage Dataverse environments, data modeling, security roles, and solution configuration.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services using Azure and REST APIs.
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities using Microsoft technologies and support ALM/CI-CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure timely delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, enforce coding standards, and promote reusable patterns.
