Job summary

Andworx LLC in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design and deliver low-code solutions for a Federal client.

You will work with business experts to translate requirements into Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions, ensure deployments, and maintain governance.

This on-site role requires US citizenship and may include a moving/relocation bonus.

Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience building technical Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Able to elicit business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform designs.
Experience developing, testing, and deploying Power Platform solutions.
Strong written and spoken communication; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
Must obtain and maintain Position of Trust clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Implement new Power Platform solutions to address business problems.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define requirements.
Monitor, govern, and optimize Power Platform environments.
Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing solutions.
Provide data visualizations and dashboards for leadership.
Gather user feedback to enhance technical solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
