Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team. You will design and build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrate SharePoint within Microsoft 365 to support clinical research activities.

You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, follow best practices, and guide solution delivery from design through deployment and support, enabling teams to work more effectively across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on development with Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent project-related experience
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Develop and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
• Configure and customize SharePoint environments to meet business needs
• Provide technical guidance to optimize Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver measurable impact
• Identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to transform processes
• Provide support and troubleshooting to ensure solutions perform effectively
• Lead code reviews to maintain quality and standards
