Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Power Platform Engineering Lead to combine hands-on technical excellence with strategic leadership. You will guide architecture, administration, governance, and platform engineering for enterprise Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, ensuring security, performance, and lifecycle management across large environments.

You will oversee a Power Platform team, establish standards, conduct architecture reviews, and drive continuous improvement in automation,

Qualifications

6+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
6+ years of experience administering enterprise Power Platform environments, including governance, security, compliance, licensing, capacity planning, and monitoring.
3+ years of experience serving as a Technical Lead for solution architecture, platform engineering, implementation, and operational support.
Experience leading teams in the design, development, deployment, support, and sustainment of production Power Platform solutions and managing operational support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and service ticket resolution.
Experience troubleshooting complex Power Platform issues, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations, and environment administration.
Experience establishing governance frameworks, development standards, security controls, and best practices across enterprise environments and conducting architecture and design reviews to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Experience developing and integrating enterprise applications, workflows, automation, and analytics solutions including but not limited to Power Fx, DAX, Power Query, Dataverse, APIs, SQL, and REST services.
Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), data governance, security compliance, and change management for enterprise Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical authority for Power Platform technologies; architect, administer, govern, and evolve enterprise solutions.
Lead the design, development, and sustainment of Power Platform assets including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Oversee governance frameworks, engineering standards, code reviews, and performance optimization across complex environments.
Coach and guide Power Platform teams on incident response, root‑cause analysis, and service ticket resolution.
