The Oregon Department of Justice (DOJ) Information Services Section seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer (Information Systems Specialist 8) to serve as a senior authority, architect, and technical leader for the enterprise Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem spanning Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI integrations, and AI‑enabled capabilities.

In this role, you will deliver expert consultation, design leadership, and platform engineering across DOJ divisions to build

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience in information systems.
• Education will be counted as experience if degree is in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or if a two (2) year accredited vocational training program was completed in information technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Application & Automation Delivery: Design, develop, and implement advanced Power Platform solutions; lead requirements analysis; define UX patterns, connectors, APIs, and integration layers; provide Tier 3 escalation support.
• Power Platform Governance and Compliance: Ensure reliability, performance, and compliance; monitor environments, licensing, and security policies; oversee governance and lifecycle.
• Power Platform Architecture, Integrations, and ALM: Architect secure integrations with SharePoint Online, Azure, SQL, and SaaS; guide connectors and ALM pipelines; lead modernization efforts.
• Enterprise Integration Planning and Coordination: Create roadmaps for app modernization and cross‑agency collaboration; lead major release planning and security updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
