You'll work directly with clients and C5 delivery teams to discover, architect, build, and guide innovative business solutions — spanning strategy, hands‑on delivery, technical leadership, and trusted advisory work.
- Design and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure services, and modern integration platforms (KingswaySoft, eOne, and similar).
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business goals, processes, and constraints into clear solution architectures and roadmaps.
- Create scalable integration patterns across Microsoft and third‑party platforms using APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, and appropriate pro‑code techniques.
- Design AI‑enabled business processes, copilots, and agents that improve how people find information, make decisions, and get work done.
- Establish practical governance, security, environment, ALM, deployment, monitoring, and support patterns that let solutions scale responsibly.
- Stay close to the technical detail: complex designs, prototypes, troubleshooting, implementation guidance, and quality reviews.
- Mentor developers and consultants, guide technical standards, and raise the quality and consistency of delivery.
- Support pre‑sales discovery, solutioning, estimation, demos, and client presentations where technical credibility matters.
- Help develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and governance playbooks that strengthen C5 Insight as we grow.
Some days you're building. Some days you're architecting. Some days you're whiteboarding with executives or guiding a delivery team through a hard technical decision. Other days you're exploring a brand‑new Microsoft capability to figure out whether it creates real client value.
In practice, that looks like:
- Replacing disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes with a cohesive business application.
- Designing automations and agents that remove administrative effort without creating governance risk.
- Helping a client decide when to use low‑code, pro‑code, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure — or a combination.
- Defining the environment, data, security, ALM, and governance model for enterprise Power Platform adoption.
- Turning an ambitious idea into a roadmap, a proof of concept, a production solution, and a measurable business outcome.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Power Apps (both model‑driven and canvas).
- Advanced experience with Power Automate, Dataverse, solution architecture, security, and data design.
- Working knowledge of environment strategy, managed solutions, pipelines, CI/CD, ALM, DLP, monitoring, and supportability.
- Ability to move beyond configuration and use code, extensibility, or Azure services when the solution requires it.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable technical solutions.
- Balancing immediate delivery needs against long‑term architecture, governance, adoption, and total cost of ownership.
- Communicating clearly with executives, business stakeholders, architects, developers, admins, and end users.
- A trusted‑advisor mindset focused on business outcomes — not technology for technology's sake.
- Enthusiasm for Copilot Studio, AI Builder, agentic solutions, intelligent automation, prompt orchestration, and emerging Microsoft AI capabilities.
- An interest in applying AI safely and practically inside real business processes.
- A growth mindset, because the Microsoft ecosystem is not going to stop changing.
- Deep integration experience across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, and third‑party business systems.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Azure AI Foundry, or enterprise agent solutions.
- Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence, environment strategy, or tenant advisory experience.
- Experience mentoring technical teams or acting as lead architect across complex deliveries.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications — Power Platform Solution Architect or Developer credentials especially.
