The role requires 7+ years in power/renewables consulting, 5+ years PCM, strong client leadership, and ability to coach junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in power/renewables consulting with demonstrated project management
• 5+ years hands-on fundamental power market modelling experience
• In-depth knowledge of North American power markets – market design and price formation
• Strong analytical and communication skills and client-facing experience

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage power market modelling engagements end-to-end
• Lead the full life cycle of PCM engagements and deliverables
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Maintain client relationships and act as day-to-day contact
• Develop dashboards, reports and client-ready deliverables
• Support business development across North American power markets
