• Implement power integrity architectures for 2.5D/3D integration.
• Perform full-stack power integrity analysis and optimization.
• Model and simulate power delivery solutions using industry tools.
• Lead co-design efforts to optimize design layouts.
• Drive selection of power components and collaborate on processes.
• Develop methodologies tailored to AI accelerators and photonic transceivers.
• Analyze power-related reliability risks under dynamic workloads.
• Partner with teams to explore and generate concepts.
