STSI is seeking a Power Engineer specializing in Energy Storage to drive the engineering delivery of BESS, microgrid, and IBR interconnections across utility, data center, and industrial markets. Responsibilities span concept through commissioning and energization, with strong emphasis on protection, coordination, and code compliance.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform detailed studies, and develop deliverables using AutoCAD/Revit while coordinating with utilities.

Competenze

• 5+ years of energy storage or power systems engineering experience with P&C design.
• BS in Electrical Engineering and PE license.
• Experience on medium/high-voltage BESS, microgrid, or IBR interconnections.
• Experience with LGIA/SGIA and utility interconnection requirements.
• Protective relay experience and field commissioning support.

Mansioni

• Engineer BESS, microgrid, and IBR systems with focus on design and compliance.
• Coordinate interconnections with utilities, developers, and vendors.
• Develop protection philosophy, relay settings, and coordination studies.
• Prepare drawings, schematics, and project design documents.
• Support RFIs, field engineering, testing, and energization activities.
