A cutting-edge propulsion systems company is seeking a Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and support of advanced electrical systems used in propulsion products. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, as well as the ability to navigate a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This full-time role is based in Philadelphia, PA and requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional electrical engineering experience, preferably in power electronics or embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience debugging hardware using oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Strong understanding of power conversion and motor control fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design of power electronics, including ESCs.
• Own schematic capture and PCB layout oversight.
• Support prototype bring-up, debugging, validation, and failure analysis.
