Job summary

RFA Engineering seeks an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to support power electronics for electric drive systems. You will work with customers and internal teams, providing guidance, documentation, training, analysis, and testing across vehicle applications.

The role requires a strong background in power electronics, motor control, and lab testing, plus willingness to travel up to 25% to support global electrification programs.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in power electronics product design and/or application.
• Experience with design docs: schematics, BOMs, manuals, analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support application of power electronics for electric drive systems.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, analysis, and testing.
• Assist on-site commissioning and troubleshooting of systems and vehicles.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support programs.
