Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager to lead large-scale utility projects across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.

The role requires extensive experience in project leadership, risk management, and client engagement, with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality in a regulated energy environment. Travel to client sites and offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive post‑education experience in a project management or senior technical leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle in power delivery and utility industries.
• Experience with QA/QC, safety, and delivery standards in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Power Delivery project management leadership across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and reporting strategies for utility clients and internal teams.
• Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and project governance with cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Mentor project managers and engineers to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
• Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and invoicing, to ensure profitability.
