Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar discipline including Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering
• Advanced Experience with programming scripts such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, Databricks
• Experience in applying data analysis techniques to large data sets using big data systems
• Advanced analytics knowledge and application in the field of Statistics
• Mathematical programming
• Business acumen and experience with operational or strategic systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze data, draw insights, and present results to the client
• Utilize technologies to collect, clean, analyze, predict, and communicate information
• Prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis
• Examine data sets and define end-to-end analysis plans to address business questions
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis to determine trends and data relationships
• Validate models/analytical techniques and develop algorithms
• Define business questions, requirements, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for operational, process or system improvements
• Communicate model logic and restrictions
• Collaborate with business to refine analyses
• Translate analytical results into actionable recommendations
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide guidance
• Contribute to development of departmental and site processes
