Job summary

You will lead the migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL and ensure the database environments are scalable and secure. The ideal candidate has 7 years of experience with PostgreSQL in Linux and strong technical documentation skills. Qualifications

• Must be US Citizenship.
• 7 years of experience with administrating PostgreSQL Databases in Linux environments.
• Experience with migrating Oracle schema to Postgres using Ora2Pg tool.

Responsibilities

• Drive efforts to migrate from Oracle database to the new PostgreSQL database.
• Ensure the availability and performance of the databases that support our systems.
• Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
