Job summary

Garmac Limited LLC seeks an experienced Network Deployment Engineer to lead post‑sales implementation for complex network solutions. You will define requirements, plan deployments, design end‑to‑end systems, stage equipment, configure and test, and deploy software and hardware across distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of engineering deployment experience with complex client requirements.
• Ability to work within change management processes and document alignment with standards.
• Post-sales engineering experience with network solutions including end‑to‑end design and deployment.
• CCNP, CCNA, Arista ACE or related certifications preferred.
• Experience in production data centers managing routers, switches, DMZs, DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
• Proficient knowledge of networking technologies including cabling, LAN, WLAN, WAN.
• Extensive routing experience with BGP/OSPF/EIGRP and subnetting.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑sales engineering and implementation services across a broad portfolio of network products and services, including requirements definition, implementation planning, end‑to‑end system design, equipment staging, configuration development and testing, and deployment of software and hardware network solutions across geographically distributed environments.
• Proactively evaluate solution specifications as customer requirements evolve and recommend changes that optimize value for both the client and the organization.
• Prepare clear documentation for internal and external clients that details system designs and deployed solution configurations.
• Coordinate remotely with Smart Hands resources and Project Managers to complete activities through clear communication and effective coordination.
• Develop and maintain professional, productive relationships with clients; infrastructure vendors, including internet service providers and carrier services; software and hardware vendors; and other key contributors to ensure stable, high‑quality product and service delivery aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
• Provide technical overviews of product architecture, functionality, system and data requirements, service delivery, and integration with enterprise applications.
• Continuously research, expand, and apply knowledge of market and industry trends and benchmarks to identify, recommend, and implement relevant best practices, methodologies, and analytics.
• Continuously develop knowledge, skills, and abilities through multiple learning channels, strengthening both technical and non‑technical capabilities. Continue expanding expertise in the operating systems, network infrastructure, products, and services supported by the organization.
