Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional post-production (Narrative, TV, or high-end Digital).
• Your reel must demonstrate mastery of tension, pacing, and emotional rhythm.
• Experience managing other editors or remote VFX/Sound contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the edit on flagship narrative content.
• Design and enforce a professional 'Asset Relay' system.
• Oversee the Content Manager for vertical shorts production.
