Cardinal Health is seeking a Post Market Vigilance Senior Specialist to join the Post Market Surveillance team. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high quality and safety across the medical device portfolio.

The role includes reviewing complaints, conducting investigations, and collaborating with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to drive continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail is essential in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant post market surveillance or complaint handling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and process medical device complaints in full compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
• Complaint coding using established malfunction codes.
• Perform regulatory assessments and decision tree analyses.
• Review and approve investigations with thorough documentation and timely closure.
• Support complaint data pulls and regulatory reporting.
