Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of software development experience focusing on POS solutions for retail or restaurants.
• Experience with SaaS platforms architecture and design.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• DevOps and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Lead architectural efforts for complex systems integration, ensuring consistency with requirements for external and internal customers.
• Champion the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient technical solutions that meet the product vision.
• Implement automation tools and frameworks to streamline deployment and operational processes.
• Ensure system architecture and design is robust, sustainable, and aligned with best practices.
• Drive innovation by researching emerging trends and technologies that can enhance our software offerings.
• Mentor and guide development teams, providing expertise on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Oversee the deployment of applications across various environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Facilitate troubleshooting and issue resolution during development, deployment, or post-deployment phases.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including system architecture diagrams and API design specifications.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure a seamless CI/CD pipeline and efficient release management processes.
• Participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to guarantee superior user experience.
