Job summary

Netflix Games is seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Manager to design and run scalable data tooling and workflows that keep the games portfolio aligned across teams. You’ll build relational Airtable solutions, apply AI to automate reporting, and lead change management for rapid deployments.

As a bridge between production concepts and non-production partners, you’ll translate lifecycle phases, gates and milestones into actionable context for leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, program management, business systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining relational databases and the workflows built on them.
• Advanced Airtable experience (schema design, linked records, automations, scripting, interfaces) strongly preferred.
• Track record of building scalable internal tools, automations, or reporting.
• Practical experience using AI tools (LLMs, agents, AI-assisted automation) to improve operations.
• Strong data skills: modeling, hygiene, and turning raw data into clear, decision-ready reporting.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality standards, and metadata management.
• Proven change management skills with measurable adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and projects involving multiple stakeholders with limited oversight.
• Build and maintain scalable tools and workflows in Airtable: data models, automations, interfaces.
• Run audits to consolidate or retire redundant fields, tables, views, and automations.
• Use AI tools and agents for operational efficiency, workflow optimization, and reporting.
• Own data hygiene and accuracy across the supported tools; monitor health and train users.
