Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in Product Management/Portfolio Management for Enterprise Software, Healthcare Technology, Digital Health, Platform Products, Middleware, or related fields.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for software, platform, middleware, API, integration, or workflow automation products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud architectures, APIs, integration technologies, and interoperability concepts.
• Healthcare IT, interoperability, FHIR, HL7, clinical workflow, or digital health experience preferred.
• Experience with middleware, workflow orchestration, enterprise integration platforms, or connected ecosystem products strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Workflow Engine and SmartCare integrations.
• Lead portfolio planning, business cases, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Clinical Portfolio Management, Program Management, and Operations through the product lifecycle.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and strategic recommendations.
• Promote interoperability across healthcare applications and devices.
• Monitor product adoption, outcomes, and market performance to inform decisions.
