• Pressure-test assumptions before they harden into expensive mistakes
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery
• Execute core Portfolio Manager duties with accuracy and consistency
• Run point on general incidents until they're truly resolved
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every initiative decision
• Maintain presence for the Virginia Beach, VA work after the launch buzz fades
