Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of direct experience in investment management, portfolio management, trust investments, or high-net-worth wealth advisory.
• Deep familiarity with bank fiduciary procedures, trust accounting structures, portfolio analytics tools, and core business software.
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Strategy: Formulate, execute, and monitor highly customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trust accounts.
• Fiduciary Guidance & Client Relationship Leadership: Serve as a lead investment expert alongside Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers.
• Research & Policy Compliance: Conduct macroeconomic, equity, and fixed-income research and ensure adherence to internal governance and regulations.
• Business Development & Relationship Expansion: Partner with business development to participate in client presentations and referrals to expand regional AUM.
• Lead with fiduciary integrity and provide proactive guidance through changing economic cycles.
