The ideal candidate blends advanced portfolio structuring with consultative expertise and can articulate market dynamics clearly to clients and institutional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 8+ years of direct experience in investment management, portfolio management, trust investments, or high-net-worth wealth advisory.
• Deep familiarity with bank fiduciary procedures, trust accounting structures, portfolio analytics tools, and core business software (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, execute, and monitor highly customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, and trust accounts.
• Lead investment guidance alongside Wealth Advisors and Trust Officers; deliver performance reviews and client education.
• Conduct macroeconomic, equity, and fixed-income research ensuring governance and fiduciary standards.
• Partner with business development to expand regional wealth assets under management (AUM).
