Job summary

Truepoint Wealth Counsel is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee moderately complex client portfolios in line with investment policy guidelines, delivering a high-quality client experience. You will work with senior advisors to conduct reviews, develop recommendations, and support long-term client objectives.

You will also mentor associates, contribute to team initiatives, and help lead firm-wide strategic projects within a hybrid work environment in Blue Ash, Ohio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the investment management industry.
• Knowledge of capital markets, portfolio construction, and passive investment strategies.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage internal processes.
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of portfolio reviews and develop investment recommendations.
• Construct and monitor client portfolios, including tax-sensitive transitions and rebalancing.
• Educate clients on investment philosophy and processes, including IPS meetings.
• Produce portfolio reports and analyses to support client service and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and other specialists to deliver integrated guidance.
