Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project finance, portfolio management, or M&A in the energy sector.
• Experience reading and interpreting investor financing agreements and project contracts.
• Tax equity experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting funding and asset optimization opportunities across the Clearway enterprise.
• Working frequently with lenders, tax equity investors, and consultants.
• Implementing scenario analysis and adding dynamic logic to financial models.

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of financial, tax, accounting, and investment concepts

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
