Job summary

Osaic is seeking a Senior Analyst for Portfolio Analytics & Implementation in a flexible location in the United States. The role focuses on delivering high-quality portfolio analysis, proposal support, and implementation across the firm, partnering with Advisors, Investment Team, Sales, and Client Service.

The Senior Analyst will be a hands-on resource for YCharts, Black Diamond, and related platforms, supporting standardized workflows and ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in wealth management, investment management, portfolio analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisors and Sales on new business opportunities, prospect presentations, and portfolio reviews.
• Analyze portfolios across asset allocation, diversification, strategy, manager, fund, security, risk, performance, and other characteristics.
• Prepare investment proposals, portfolio comparisons, and supporting analysis for client discussions.
• Identify portfolio observations and opportunities, documenting assumptions and follow-up items.
• Translate client objectives into portfolio strategies, models, and targets within Black Diamond and YCharts.
• Coordinate with teams to obtain inputs and ensure portfolios are configured before execution.
• Provide clear handoffs to the Trading Team after implementation requirements are finalized.
• Lead centralized portfolio analytics supporting leadership, including asset allocation, exposures, and risk.
