Swim Pro Service & Supply seeks a Senior Pool Technician to join our Fayette County team. You will perform maintenance, repair, and installation of residential and commercial pool systems, diagnosing issues and ensuring water quality.

A strong customer service mindset and safe work practices are essential. The role offers opportunities for growth, a company vehicle with a fuel card, and ongoing training as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on pool and spa service, maintenance, repair or commercial plumbing.
• Strong understanding of pool systems, hydraulics, and water chemistry.
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and repair of swimming pools, spas, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with pumps, heaters, filters, automation systems, and plumbing.
• Conduct water testing and apply appropriate chemical treatments to maintain water balance.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service performed, recommendations, and maintenance tips.
• Maintain accurate records of services completed and materials used.
• Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Represent Swim Pro’s professionalism and integrity in client interactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Pool Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional pool and spa equipment repair/install or commercial plumbing experience, with strong technical skills and a dedication to outstanding customer service.
