Responsibilities

• Lead a professional staff to define and manage complex programs with high risks and multiple interfaces.
• Establish and oversee ODNI and IC working groups, boards, and committees.
• Host interagency meetings to promote collaboration and address polygraph-related challenges.
• Represent the DNI or ODNI on related fora and engage stakeholders across IC and federal government.
• Perform personnel management to build a high-performance workforce and provide timely feedback.
