ENS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to advise on strategic planning, policy, and business analysis. The contractor will align GEOINT activities across NGA and partners, develop agency policies, and create or refine policy management practices and international/partner agreements.

The role requires leading senior-level groups, translating directives into operational specs, and advising on policy and management changes.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Business or Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business analytics and metrics reporting; 15+ years if no Master’s; 20+ years if no Bachelor’s.
• Experience facilitating multi-office, directorate-wide, cross-organization engagements.
• Experience with intelligence product lines, production systems, data sets, and related decision processes.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience implementing strategic objectives and supporting implementation.
• Ability to implement effective business practices to increase productivity.
• Experience writing strategic plans, business policies, and business operation objectives.
• Collaborative, cross-organizational work experience.
• Gathering research from multiple sources and presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Negotiation with customers and producers on project scope and deadlines.
• Experience with intelligence analysis and production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support executive management, processes, leadership, and reporting.
• Support NGA requirements and executive management, processes, leadership, and reporting.
• Develop strategy documentation and guidance to support management processes.
• Facilitate cross-office engagements and requirements planning needs.
• Identify and provide support to business processes and improvements.
• Provide business analytics, metrics, or other analysis to measure success.
• Advise the Government in establishing mission goals and objectives.
• Lead development of strategic planning, business analytics, and operational assessments.
• Facilitate and moderate senior-level groups across NSG and ASG.
• Advise on process/management improvements and quality initiatives.
• Translate strategic directives into operational specifications.
• Provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or management changes.
