Job summary

TMPC, Inc. seeks a Program Manager/Senior Policy Lead to coordinate all contract management activities on federal programs, including insider threat and CI initiatives, with multi-site oversight and executive reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in federal IC/DoD programs, a current TS clearance with SCI eligibility, PMP/PgMP certification, and experience with vetting or background investigations. This is contingent on contract award and salary is DOE.

Qualifications

• CITP-Fundamentals (at proposal)
• CITP-Analysis (within 2 yrs)
• 10+ yrs InTP/CI/security program management
• Everfox platform experience
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligible
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of contract management across programs.
• Oversee multi-site projects to align with organizational mission and goals.
• Develop progress reports, funding proposals, and program budgets.
• Manage risks and contingency plans; monitor progress to milestones.
• Liaise with internal/external parties and coordinate managers.
