Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.
• Experience in written and verbal communication to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead key, strategic projects for large, complex workstreams, prioritizing opportunities based on goals, needs and customer value.
• Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support.
• Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks that slow decision-making or delivery across boundaries.
• Ensure cross-functional dependencies are visible, tracked, and resolved before blockers.
• Consult with partners to determine program prioritization, while sourcing and coordinating resources.
• Act as a subject matter expert to guide new processes and systems.
• Think big and invent ways to improve Prime Video Ads for viewers and advertisers.
• Design and maintain the operating rhythm for alignment.
