Moloco is a leading AI advertising solutions company, building a privacy-conscious identity graph and signal-driven targeting. As Group Product Manager for Signals and Identity, you will define strategy across Moloco Ads, partnering with engineering and data science to transform data into measurable business impact.

You will own the horizontal layer of the ads stack, drive roadmap for identity, and collaborate in a fast-paced, globally distributed team focused on performance advertising and ML

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning platform or data-driven products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution and user/device graphs.
• Experience with signals and recommendations in ML-driven ads systems.
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration with eng, data science, and PMs.
• Experience shaping product strategy in a fast-growing ad-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for Signals and Identity within Moloco Ads.
• Build a durable, privacy-conscious identity graph across users, devices, and environments.
• Evaluate and combine first-party, platform, and contextual signals.
• Translate signals into stronger recommendations, targeting, and personalization.
• Measure the value of signals by impact on model performance and advertiser outcomes.
