Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level technology, security, risk, and compliance initiatives in a hybrid San Antonio setting. The role involves coordinating multiple Agile teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring governance and reporting at the executive level.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10+ years in project management, strong stakeholder communication skills, and proven experience in regulated environments such as insurance or financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years supporting Risk, Compliance, Governance, or Program Oversight initiatives.
• Strong Agile Project Management experience.
• Experience leading security-related technology projects.
• Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, teams, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Wiki/Collaboration Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through execution and implementation.
• Manage technology, security, risk, and compliance-related initiatives with enterprise impact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reporting.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple Agile teams and stakeholder groups.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive effective stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Support program governance, compliance requirements, and change management activities.
• Streamline processes between business, technology, security, and operational teams.
