home24 SE is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer our Personalization and Loyalty strategies in the United States. This role entails acting as the technical owner of personalization initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and mobile app experiences. You will collaborate across teams to boost customer retention, track product KPIs, and drive the mobile app roadmap. Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a product manager.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce and successful products.
• Experience in working with engineering teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product roadmap for Personalization and Loyalty initiatives.
• Drive the owner perspective for the Personalization project and CRM tool.
• Define and execute loyalty strategies that increase customer lifetime value.
